Dataset for the occurrence and correlation of urinary mycotoxin levels with food consumption patters

These datasets were generated within the PRISMA project (Marie Skłodowska-Curie Grant Agreement No. 101110615) for the correlation of urinary mycotoxin levels with food consumption patterns. The files contain: comparisons of low versus high consumption of cereals, tubers, fruits, vegetables, legumes, and dairy; Spearman correlations of food group consumption (cereals, nuts, etc.) with urinary mycotoxin levels; Spearman correlaitons of food items consumption (i.e., cofffee, bread, etc.) with urinary mycotoxin levels.
