RNA sequencing of two breast cancer cell lines, MDA-MB-231 and SCP2 cells

This project investigates the role of a microprotein, LINC00263-P, encoded by the LINC00263 gene in osteoclastogenesis and bone metastasis. RNA sequencing was performed on two human breast cancer cell lines, MDA-MB-231 and SCP2, under relevant experimental conditions. The dataset comprises six samples sequenced on the Illumina HiSeq 2500 platform. This study aims to elucidate the gene-regulatory networks mediated by LINC00263-P in the context of bone metastasis.
