Data description The data contained in this respository is publically available in order to reproduce analyses in manuscript entitled: Early life serological profiles and the development of natural protective humoral immunity to Streptococcus pyogenes in a high burden setting. Data contained within are limited and fully annonymised demographic data, antibody measurement data and observational clinical and microbiological data.
