We report the chromosome-scale genome of nematode endoparasitic fungus Hirsutella rhossiliensis, which has been examined as the parasitism of several nematodes, including Heterodera glycines, Heterodera avenae, Meloidogyne hapla and Bursaphelenchus xylophilus. The analysis of genomic and genetic resources of H. rhossiliensis may benefit our understanding of its living strategy, which may provide insights into biological control of plant-parasitic nematode populations.
