Pore Segmentation Suite: travertine, tuff and basalt surface scans, manual pore annotations and script outputs

Image dataset, manual pore annotations and script outputs accompanying the software paper Pore Segmentation Suite: an open-source, interactive, multi-method tool for pore segmentation and colour characterization (SoftwareX, revision R1) and software release v1.3.3 (https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.22999292). 01_travertine_scans.zip: flatbed scans (300 dpi, Kyocera TASKalfa 3252ci) of four travertines (KT Karaman, GT Emirdağ Grey, NT Antalya Noche, PT Kütahya Pink) before and after 15 salt-crystallisation cycles (EN 12370; Na2SO4, MgSO4, NaCl, KCl; n = 6 per cell). 02_tuff_basalt_scans.zip: raw scans (300 and 600 dpi) and analysis inputs (0.1277 mm per pixel) of Çöl Sarısı and Gül Kurusu tuffs (Cappadocia) and a Kayseri basalt slab (honed and raw face). 03_manual_annotation.zip: seeded 512 × 512 px annotation crops, manual pore masks of two annotators, SAM 2 and Cellpose masks, annotation protocol and annotation tool. 04_script_outputs.zip: outputs computed with the earlier release v1.3.1 (kept for the version history) and the time-stamped basalt pre-registration. 05_script_outputs_v1.3.3.zip: outputs of the reproduce/ scripts of v1.3.3, with which all values of the revised paper were computed (algorithm benchmarks, accuracy evaluation, aging example and 96-pair aging matrix, spot-protocol emulation, tuff/basalt table), with the exact commands, library versions and an x86-64 cross-platform check.
