Conducted literature review to further understand current and best practices to produce smooth flow in a wind tunnel. A prototype was built to test circular tube flow production characteristics. Even though time didn't allow to test the prototype during the 10 weeks, previous data collected at the Wall of WInd was analyzed to understand the baseline flow conditions. It was found that the baseline flow conditions contain peaks in the wind spectra. The peaks in the wind spectra must be understood and potentially eliminated to properly attain smooth flow characteristics goal.
