This tab separated file includes all cancer cell line samples used for cell line heterogeneity analysis.
Columns: sample ID, original NCIT code, cellosaurus ID, bins.
All bins, duplications (1) and deletions (2), are merged while keeping their original order. Bin size: 5 Mb.
