Data and Code for Megafire Disturbance Hydrological Model Calibration Study

This repository provides data and code associated with a study exploring the interaction between calibration equifinality and environmental disturbance (a mega wildfire) to quantify the increase in annual streamflow attributable to the 2020 Creek Fire in the San Joaquin River (California). The repository is divided into 3 components Model: configuration files and sourcecode for DHSVM Code: data-processing scripts and figure-generating scripts Data: results from the model plus ancillary data The "Data" folder includes the "SanJoaquinRiver_ReferenceStreamflow.csv" file, which is the cleaned version of the reconstructed/observed flow timeseries at Millerton Lake (CDEC station SBF).
