Reference datasets used in the dORFannotator study and generated annotation-ready resources

This record provides the reference datasets and annotation-ready resources used for dORFannotator v1.0.0 and the accompanying study. The archive includes: (i) input reference files used to construct the dORFannotator reference resource, including GENCODE v45 annotation, GRCh38 primary assembly sequence files, and translated dORF evidence input; (ii) a prebuilt SQLite reference database that can be used directly with `dORFannotator annotate`; and (iii) genome-wide 3'UTR single-nucleotide variant simulation files and the corresponding dORFannotator annotation output.
