This is the scan-rescan data set from the work 'Non-invasive MRI of Blood-Cerebrospinal Fluid Barrier Function' (Evans et al., 2020, supplementary Figure 7].The same 6 mice were scanned at baseline and then 24 hours later with the BCSFB-ASL technique.The data is in Matlab format. The ASL data is in a 4D array where the first two array elements are the 2D MRI images, the 3rd element is the interleaved tagged and control images together with the number of repetitions (20 repetitions) and the 4th element is the number of inflow times (750, 1500, 4000 and 6500 ms).

本数据集源自Evans等人于2020年发表的论文《无创MRI检测血脑屏障功能》(Evans et al., 2020,补充图7)。在该研究中,对同一组6只小鼠在基线状态和随后24小时分别使用BCSFB-ASL技术进行了扫描。数据以Matlab格式存储。ASL数据以一个四维数组形式呈现,其中前两个数组元素为二维MRI图像,第三个元素为交错标记和控制图像,并附带重复次数(共20次重复),第四个元素则为流入时间次数(750ms、1500ms、4000ms和6500ms)。
