Working lives of Ukrainian migrant and refugee women in the Czech Republic

The dataset is the result of research on the experiences of Ukrainian women in the Czech labour market. The study focuses on the experiences and employment conditions of this group of women, who occupy various forms of vulnerable social and work positions. Particular attention was paid to the relationship between these women’s legal status and the risk of labour exploitation. The aim of the research, from a long-term perspective, was to map the difficulties and barriers these women faced in seeking and performing employment, both immediately after their arrival in the Czech Republic and during subsequent periods of adaptation.
