Summary statistics of GWASs of latent factors representing shared genetic liability to three autoimmune diseases (systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis, and type 1 daibetes) and four cardiovascular diseases (coronary artery disease, heart failure, stroke, and peripheral artery disease) estimated using GenomicSEM.<br>The summary statistics are provided on an "AS-IS" basis, without any type of warranty, expressed or implied, including but not limited to any warranty as to their performance, merchantability, or fitness for any particular purpose.If investigators use these data, any and all consequences are entirely their responsibility.
