Transcriptome data of foxtail millet

Foxtail millet (Setaria italica) is a monotypic species widely planted in China. However, the residue of herbicide atrazine that commonly used in maize in soil becomes one of the main abiotic stresses to millet. For deep understanding the molecular mechanism of millet under atrazine stress, the atrazine-resistant variety (GA) and atrazine-sensitive variety (LG) were used as materials for transcriptome profiles analysis.
