Group analysis results showing the effects of transcranial ultrasound stimulation on thalamic nuclei

Group analysis results from article “Ultrasound system for precise neuromodulation of human deep brain circuits”.https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2024.06.08.597305v1Volunteers took part in a transcranial ultrasound stimulation (TUS) study with online and offline stimulation experiments. TUS was administered to the lateral geniculate nucleus (LGN, on-target) and to an active control site (medial dorsal nucleus, MDN, off-target). Analysis was performed according to the methods in the paper above. We share the group analysis results for each experiment and each target as NIFTI format files.
