Translating Ribosome Affinity Purification (TRAP) sequencing revealed that human osteogenic cells (FOB1.19) strongly alter the transcriptional profile of ER+ breast cancer cells (MCF7) in 3D coculture system. Overall design: 3D monocultures or cocultures of MCF7 cells with FOB1.19. Translating Ribosome Affinity Purification was performed to purify transcriptome from MCF7 cells, followed by NSG sequencing and data analysis.
