Data for "Capabilities of PACE Ocean Color Instrument (OCI) for phytoplankton pigments of inland lakes"

This dataset comprises hyperspectral remote sensing data and associated code resources for retrieving algal pigments in inland waters. It includes hyperspectral results (400-700 nm) of the phytoplankton specific absorption coefficient (aph) retrieved using the MDN (Mixture Density Network) and QAA (Quasi-Analytical Algorithm) models and provides concentration results of phycocyanin (PC) and chlorophyll-a (Chla) retrieved by different algorithms. Furthermore, the relevant Python source code used to implement the aforementioned retrieval algorithms has also been uploaded to facilitate verification and reuse.
