Naive mouse CD4 T cells were activated for 3 days with anti cd3/cd28 coated culture dishes with or without Schistosoma mansoni worms that were cultured in a 0.4-micron transwell membrane, allowing only media and exosomes passing. Then, re-stimulated with pma ionomycin for the induction of cytokines to reveal T helper differentiation.
