Structural insights into WHAMM-mediated cytoskeletal coordination during membrane remodeling

This is the control experiment for the previous image. The full decoration of CC around MTs was first checked by negatively staining EM. Then, CC::MT complex (green) was mixed with vesicles (red) from liver extract containing native PIPs mixed with Rhodamine-labeled DOPE. There is no membrane binding domain in CC, so CC cannot connect vesicles and MTs.
