We collected demographic data on 104 live and a number of dead A dichotoma trees along a transect. We measured height and circumference, categorized them according to a number of live history stages (see attached table ‘categories of live and dead aloes.csv’), and an index of health. We also counted the number of rosettes and inflorescences, and the number of flowers per inforescence.
