资源简介:
The microbiota colonizing the root endophytic compartment and surrounding rhizosphere soils contribute to plant growth and health. However, the key members of plant soil and endophytic microbial communities involved in inhibiting or assisting pathogen invasion remain elusive. The interaction between root related microorganisms is more complex than that in soil. Although great progress has been made in understanding the complex microbial network in the rhizosphere, our understanding is still in its infancy, and most of our insights come from model plants. The complex interactions of underground plant-soil-microbe that range from mutually beneficial to commensal or pathogenic could significantly impact plant health and production. Therefore, this study collected samples of the soil, rhizosphere, roots and leaves of bananas from the disease-suppressive and disease-conducive banana orchards to compare the differences in the composition of the disease-suppressive and disease-conducive soil microorganisms and banana endophytic flora. It was confirmed that the key parts of the pathogen affecting the bacterial community are the rhizosphere and the roots, especially the number of Pseudomonas rhizomes with disease-suppressive treatments was significantly higher than that in the disease-conducive treatments, negatively related to pathogens and closely related to pathogen in the interaction network, and finally screened Pseudomonas can be cultivated to verify its inhibitory effect on pathogens.
