Rice EIL1 interacts with OsIAAs to regulate auxin biosynthesis mediated by the tryptophan aminotransferase MHZ10/OsTAR2 during root ethylene responses

This RNA-Seq analysis was performed to study the relationship between ethylene and auxin during the ethylene-regulated rice root growth. The dark-grown wild type, mhz10-1 and Oseil1 seedlings were treated with or without (in air) 10 ppm ethylene for 8 h. The root tips (0.5-cm apical part of the roots) of the etiolated seedlings were used for total RNA isolation and RNA-Seq analysis.
