Phytoplankton chlorophyll a pigment from T/S Oshoro maru 2023 Arctic Cruise / C145

To quantify phytoplankton abundance in the Chukchi Sea, we collected seawater samples at each station at three depths (mainly sea surface, fluorescence maximum, and near-bottom layer). The 250 ml water was filtered through the three meshes (20 micro-m, 2 micro-m, and 0.7 micro-m [GF/F filter]), and chlorophyll a was measured for each sample.
