The EAE model exhibited the abnormal infiltration of lymphocytes into the brain. (A) Immunofluorescent staining was performed against CD3+ T lymphocytes, CD25+ activated T cells, and FoxP3+ regulatory T cells in cerebral cortex. Scale bars, 100 μm.
