The miR-1587 was labelled with FAM and then dissolved in 30 mM Tris-HCl / 150 mM KCl to form G-quadruplex, followed by incubation with the microarray. The microarray was then scanned at 488 nm using a GenePix 4200A microarray scanner (Axon Instruments, Molecular Devices, CA, USA) to visualize.
