资源简介:
Objective To provide evidence for the implementation of targeted psychological intervention for patients with Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) in the convalescent period through a follow-up survey of anxiety and depression in a hospital in Shijiazhuang City. Methods Generalized Anxiety Disorde-7 and Patient Health Questionnaire-9 were used to analyze the anxiety and depression of COVID-19 patients 6 months after rehabilitation and 12 months after discharge, and logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors. Results 538 COVID-19 rehabilitation patients were followed up for 6 months. The incidence of anxiety and depression were 9.9% and 8.4% respectively; The incidence of anxiety and depression was 13.6% and 14.7% respectively in 265 patients after 12 months of follow-up. Multivariable logistic regression analysis showed that patients with diabetes in COVID-19 convalescent period had a higher risk of depression (OR=2.32, 95% CI: 1.02-5.28, P=0.045), and the association between heart disease and anxiety in COVID-19 convalescent patients was also statistically significant (OR=3.83, 95% CI: 1.18-12.45, P=0.026).Conclusion Timely psychological intervention and treatment should be provided to patients. COVID-19 Patients with diabetes or heart disease are more likely to suffer from mental health problems, and personalized intervention should be implemented as soon as possible.
