Microbial community shifts in pearl millet root zone soils rainfall and soil type gradient

This study aims to identify shifts in the fungal and bacterial communities in Pennistem glaucum (pearl millet) rhizospheres along a rainfall and soil-type gradient when intercropped with Gueira senegalensis in actively farmed fields.
