资源简介:
This extended dataset provides the complete, human-readable representation of the reproducibility framework accompanying “Dark Matter Microphysics — Detection of Self-Interactions and Cosmic Consequences” (Precision Cascade Cosmology Series Part IV). It contains the full evidence chain supporting the 7.2 σ empirical detection of self-interacting dark matter (SIDM) with a cross-section of ≈ 0.35–0.45 cm² g⁻¹. All data tables, code listings, protocols, and validation rules are presented in transparent text form to permit line-by-line audit and exact numerical reproduction of the published result. The archive integrates simulation inputs (FIRE-2, IllustrisTNG, EAGLE-XL, Auriga), observational probes (Gaia EDR3, HSC, DESI, eROSITA), and the Precision Cascade propagation that yields the discovery-level aggregate significance. It serves both as a pedagogical example of open computational cosmology and as a formal reproducibility companion for independent verification and meta-analysis.   The Extended Human-Readable Dataset is the static-text counterpart to the machine-readable Lab-Grade Reproducibility Pack v2.x for Paper 4.It reproduces every logical component of the discovery pipeline in a format optimized for accessibility, peer review, and long-term archival transparency. Contents data/ — canonical CSV files: simulations, observations, covariance matrices, cascade parameters, and golden outputs (7.20 ± 0.30 σ). code/ — complete Python listings (minimal_run.py, fit_cross_section.py, reproduce_structure_formation_sidm.ipynb, export_results.py). protocol/ — replication guide, environment files, and continuous-integration workflow. supplements/ — derivations, error budgets, and figure inventories. transparency/ — explicit audit notes, assumptions, and glossary. PurposeTo guarantee that every numerical result in Dark Matter Microphysics — Detection of Self-Interactions and Cosmic Consequences can be re-derived exactly, without hidden dependencies or proprietary software. All files are UTF-8 encoded, version-locked, and validated by automated CI and SHA-256 checksums. Use and AudienceDesigned for cosmologists, data scientists, and reproducibility reviewers who require full traceability from input data to published discovery significance. The dataset can also serve educators as a model of open, auditable research practice in computational astrophysics.
