Implement full-life-cycle asset management projects, providing real-time dynamic access to asset ledger status and allowing one-click activation of various change management processes. Using on-site QR code tags for physical assets, combined with mobile applications (APP) and built-in inventory tasks in the asset repository, the solution supports real-time image collection and QR code-based inventory scanning, enables multi-person collaborative mobile inventory operations, and sends real-time reminders for uninventoried assets. Asset procurement applications are linked with configuration schemes, which are developed online, associated with requirements planning workflows and automatically created. Then, requirements plans are converted into procurement orders, through which new asset additions are finalized.
