Uploaded here is the raw 16s sequencing data (fastq) for the study "Microbial niche specialization mediates methane and nitrogen transformations within a subterranean estuary". Greenhouse gas, nutrient and physicochemical raw data sets are appended.In this study, we characterize microbial communities driving greenhouse gas and nutrient transformations in a subtropical STE situated within the Great Barrier Reef catchment, Australia.
