Analysis of temporal virus evolution and intra-host diversity in long-term non-progressors by bulk next-generation sequencing

These data were derived from plasma RNA and PBMC DNA of HIV-1 long-term non-progressors (LTNPs). We obtained near-full-length sequences through next-generation sequencing (NGS) to investigate the unique viral evolutionary characteristics and genetic diversity within HIV-1 LTNPs.
