资源简介:
Keratinocytes (KCs) play an important role in UVB-induced acute skin photodamage. And NF-kB pathway has been proved is important in UVB-induced KCs activation. However, the regulatory mechanism of NF-kB pathway activation in KCs after UVB treated is still unclear. Livin is a kind of inhibitor of apoptosis protein, and its expression, can directly intervene in the proliferation and metastasis of tumor cells. Moreover, Livin also mediates KCs activation in psoriasis. In our study, the backs of C57/BL6 wild type (WT) and C57/BL6 Livin CKO mouse (MUT) mice were shaved, and the skin on the back of the mice was divided into two parts using a light-tight tape. After treated with 250 and 500 mJ/cm2 UVB, the mice were sacrificed 24 hours later through CO2 inhalation and skin tissues were collected and RNA-seq was executed.
