To identify the downstream targets for Sxl in the primordial germ cells, the embryos expressing Sxl-EGFP or EGFP in primordial germ cells at stage 10-15 were collected for RNA ImmunoPrecipitation coupled to sequencing (RIP-seq) analysis with an anti-EGFP antibody, and we examined more enriched in the transcripts precipitated with Sxl-EGFP (Sxl-EGFP-IP) than in the transcripts precipitated with EGFP (EGFP-IP) and unprecipitated with Sxl-EGFP (Sxl-EGFP-sup).
