RNA-seq of Renca cells to investigate the role of PTPN6 in renal cell carcinoma

This dataset contains raw RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) data from a mouse renal cell carcinoma (RCC) model. The study aimed to elucidate the functional role of the protein tyrosine phosphatase non-receptor type 6 (PTPN6) gene in RCC progression. RNA was extracted from the Renca cell line under knockdown of PTPN6 and corresponding control conditions. Sequencing was performed to profile the global transcriptomic changes associated with PTPN6 modulation. These data support the findings presented in the associated manuscript and are provided for reproducibility and further comparative analysis in kidney cancer research.
