Potato Stem Counting

This data shows predictions of potato meristem numbers in 45 varieties and the counts made by image analysis and an RCNN object detector. It also contains the image data of the potatoes from which the detectors made predictions. For each row in "finaldata.xlsx", the number in column "plot" is related to one image in the "images" folder with the same number as the image title.
