Somatic mutations in Eu-Myc lymphoma

The Eµ-Myc mouse is an extensively used model of MYC-driven malignancy. We performed whole-genome sequencing and exome sequencing to define the transgene architecture, somatic mutations, and structural alterations that arise spontaneously within the model. Furthermore, we used RNA-seq to identify gene-expression signatures associated with shRNA or CRISPR mediated knockdown or knockout of Bcor and Trp53 or over expression of mutant Nras within fetal liver derived E-Myc lymphomas.
