Evaluation of red panda intestinal stem cell-derived organoids as an in vitro model for functional analysis of Lactobacillus salivarius

Organoids are excellent and reproducible in vitro models for studying physiological mechanisms and modeling diseases in endangered species. The lactic acid bacteria are more abundant in the small intestine than the colon. The co-culture system of intestinal organoids and Lactobacillus salivarius P103, we performed RNA-seq experiments using organoids treated with L. salivarius P103 for 48 h to understand this regulatory effect better.
