Columns: mRNA (HGNC symbol of target gene), TF (HGNC symbol of transcription factor). File format: CSV, UTF-8; 46 rows × 2 columns. Notes: One row per directed pair (TF → mRNA); only pairs retained after filtering described in Methods.
