Presence only data for Aedes aegypti in Ecuador derived from larval survey data collected by the Ministerio de Salud Pública (MSP) Ecuador (2000-2012)

This dataset contains presence-only occurrence records for larval Aedes aegypti in Ecuador used as input for GARP models in the accompanying publication. These data were derived from national larval surveys conducted by the Ministerio de Salud Pública (MSP), Ecuador in the years 2000-2012, aggregated to the centroids of administrative units (parroquias).
