Purpose: Analyzing the cytokine transcription and associated signalings of h8E5(2I)-mBBZ and h8E5(2I)-mBBZ-CXCR4 CAR T cells.Methods: Mouse h8E5(2I)-mBBZ and h8E5(2I)-mBBZ-CXCR4 CAR T cells were stimulated with antigen peptides for four hours.Results: Using an optimized data analysis workflow, we mapped about 50 million sequence reads per sample to the mouse genome The mRNA profiles of h8E5(2I)-mBBZ and h8E5(2I)-mBBZ-CXCR4 CAR T cells upon stimulation with antigen peptides for four hours. There are two sample replicates for the h8E5(2I)-mBBZ and h8E5(2I)-mBBZ-CXCR4 CAR T cells.
