Numerical modeling was performed using ASPECT (Advanced Solver for Problems in Earth's ConvecTion), an open-source software tailored for geodynamic simulations. The input files encompass fault system geometry, material properties (e.g., viscosity, density, and thermal conductivity), boundary conditions (e.g., velocity-driven strike-slip motion), and the initial stress field. The extensional basin inversion process was modeled using adaptive mesh refinement to capture stress distributions and fault interactions. Custom parameter files and plugins were developed to implement basin-specific tectonic settings. All input files and configurations are available upon reasonable request to ensure the reproducibility and transparency of the research.
