全国气象站观测数据

收集与整理环境数据是对各地域环境作用量化进行分析的基础工作，"全国气象站观测数据集"是通过国家气象数据共享网（http://data.cma.cn）下载，已经获取到截至2020年前50多年覆盖全国2154个城市的主要气象数据。获取的气象要素类型主要包括不同时间尺度（年、月、日以及小时）的气温、环境湿度以及风速风向等，数据文件均为txt文本格式，仅仅气温数据就高达400个单独文件，总数据量高达30G，且文件中存在部分异常值（部分最高气温数据高达99999摄氏度）。

Collecting and organizing environmental data is a fundamental step for the quantitative analysis of regional environmental impacts. The "National Meteorological Station Observation Dataset" was downloaded via the National Meteorological Data Sharing Network (http://data.cma.cn). We have acquired core meteorological data covering 2154 cities across China, with a timespan of over 50 years up to 2020. The collected meteorological elements mainly include air temperature, ambient humidity, wind speed and direction, etc., across different time scales (annual, monthly, daily and hourly). All data files are stored in TXT format. There are as many as 400 separate files for air temperature data alone, with a total data volume of up to 30 GB. In addition, some outliers exist in the files, for instance, some maximum temperature records reach as high as 99999 degrees Celsius.
