Effect of melatonin on gene expression of Hepatocelluar Carcinoma HepG2 cells

To explore the role of melatonin in hepatocellular carcinoma,we performed high-throughput mRNA sequencing (mRNA-seq) with HepG2 cells treated with 1 mM melatonin for 24 h and 48 h separately. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of HepG2 cells at two time points.
