We used single cell RNA-sequencing of aortic CD45+ leukocytes, combined with immunohistologic, morphometric and flow cytometric analyses to define the changes in plaque immune cell composition and to define the immunological landscpape changes following the deletion of netrin-1 Overall design: CD45+ aortic leukcytes from four conditions: baseline of pooled WT CD45+ aortic leukocytes baseline of pooled Ntn1 CD45+ aortic leukocytes, prior to deletion of netrin-1 regression of pooled CD45+ aortic leukocytes with netrin-1 regression of pooled CD45+ aortic leukocytes after deletion of netrin-1
