Cell type labeling of MOSTA spatial transcriptomics dataset (https://db.cngb.org/stomics/mosta/) using TOME scRNAseq data (http://tome.gs.washington.edu/) as the reference. Pixel-level labeling were obtained using chioso (https://github.com/jiyuuchc/chioso). Two sets of cell-level labeling were computed using TACCO (https://github.com/simonwm/tacco) and RCTD (https://github.com/JZL/RCTD).
