Dataset for Structural Characterization of Mars-Relevant Amorphous Sulfates at Low-Temperatures with Pair Distribution Function Analysis

Integrated diffraction patterns of amorphous ferric sulfate (AFS) and amorphous magnesium sulfate (AMS) acquired at various temperatures between 300 K and 100 K. The temperature of the diffraction pattern is listed in the file name. The diffraction pattern of each empty Kapton capillaries that hosted each sample are also available, with the collection temperature in the file name.
