A >800 km long ice thickness survey was performed over both first-year and multiyear ice east of Banks Island. Data were obtained by means of airborne electromagnetic (EM) sounding using a Canadian Kenn Borek Basler BT67 aircraft (C-JKB). Other auxiliary data include laser altimetry.
