- For visits with serum creatinine labs, several pediatric sites have anomalously high utilization in general pediatric specialties, which aligns with expectations due to institutional specialization and population differences. - For visits with antihypertensive prescriptions, Stanford & UMichigan have anomalously low utilization in nephrology specialties, but anomalously high utilization in general peds and other/unknown, respectively. This points to a potential lack in specificity in specialty mappings at these institutions, or, in Stanford's case, indicates that it is more common for generalists to care for this population than specialists.
