Deepweed - Dataset

Time-lapse microscopy datasets of duckweed acquired for the development, benchmarking, and evaluation of automated segmentation, tracking, lineage inference, and growth analysis methods.The datasets include Petri dish image sequences and microfluidic time-lapse videos. They are intended for deep learning-assisted plant phenotyping and time-series image analysis.This version adds independent_test_set.zip: 10 petri dish frames acquired 24 to 59 hours after the final training frame, with 324 ground-truth fronds annotated on a blank canvas without reference to model output. It is disjoint from all data used for training and model selection, and is the evaluation set reported in the accompanying manuscript.
