Performance evaluation of TaqMan Array Card real-time PCR for multi-pathogen detection in acute undifferentiated febrile illness

This study evaluated the performance of the TaqMan Array Card (TAC) real-time PCR platform for simultaneous detection of multiple pathogens causing acute undifferentiated febrile illness (AUFI). Reference bacterial strains were used to assess assay accuracy, sensitivity, and specificity, and their genome sequences are deposited here to support validation and reproducibility of the diagnostic workflow.
