Ectopic activation of NOTCH1 (N1ICD) in adult unipotent basal cells induced a cell fate switch to luminal lineage. We investigated the transcriptomic evolution of the during this transition. In this study we used K5CreERT2/N1ICD and SMACreERT2/NICD mice induced at P21 and mammary glands were analysed 1,3,4 and 6 weeks later by SMARTSeq V2. We sequenced WT and N1ICD luminal, intermediate and basal cells afer cell sorting.
